What is MedCents?

MedCents helps health plan members reduce their medical costs when they are billed by an out-of-network health care provider for charges not covered under their health plan.

How it works

If you owe more than your benefit plan covers, or if you owe more than your plan-defined deductible, co-payments and/or co-insurance, we can help. We’ll negotiate with your provider for a reduced amount and/or easier payment terms.

How to get started

Ask your Human Resources representative, health plan or agent if your insurer participates and if you qualify for the program.
